Watch Nick Johnson’s Sick Reverse Alley-Oop Dunk In Summer League Finale

Houston Rockets guard Nick Johnson opened Orlando Summer League play with one of its most memorable poster slams. Just over two weeks later, he closed Las Vegas Summer League with a reverse alley-oop dunk in the championship game that was arguably just as impressive.

Sick.

Though the Sacramento Kings emerged as winners of a back-and-forth title game, Johnson’s play throughout Summer League action made an emphatic claim that he deserves a spot on Houston’s regular season roster. The second-round pick from Arizona averaged 13.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game while playing his typical blend of aggressive perimeter defense.

Johnson was one of summer’s most effective all-around rookies. Still, we’ll remember him most by his awesome bookend dunks.
