Dwyane Wade Is “Moving On” From LeBron James In Stirring New Video Mix

Maybe it’s Ed Sheeran‘s hokey voice on “I see fire,” the hyperbolic narration by Stephen A. Smith, or the highlights of Dwyane Wade, but despite the mawkishness, this new mix by David Golic does an excellent job summarizing this transitional period in Wade’s career, his emphasis on being a dad, the loss of LeBron James this summer, and moving on this season.

As a basketball player, we’ll have always love the way the 6-4 Wade competed on the offensive and defensive end, turning into one of the best shot-blocking guards in NBA history.

But Wade — despite a tendency to over-sell contact — gives his all on the court and off, even though his knees are one more wet floor spill from jerking out of sorts yet again. No LeBron, no problem; Wade has a new wife, two sons and a Heat team that’s still got Chris Bosh, and new additions: Luol Deng and Josh McRoberts. Wade’s moving on, but no one is really sure where he’s headed — including Wade.
