Vince Carter Shows Off Vintage Hops On This Powerful Two-Handed Tip Dunk

Just imagine if Vince Carter starts splashing treys and throwing down dunks with the aplomb of his prime – or even anything close to resembling it. For now, the Memphis Grizzlies will surely take a powerful tip dunk that recalls the 38 year-old’s Half-Man, Half-Amazing past.

Carter scored just 17 points in the first four games of his team’s first-round series against the Portland Trail Blazers, failing to even attempt a three-pointer in the last two contests. His performance in 2014-2015 has been similarly substandard all season long, but the beauty of playing for a contender means Carter’s real worth comes in spring.

And if this jam coupled with his seven points, three boards, one steal, and one block in the first half of Game 5 are any indication, the future Hall-of-Famer may very well prove valuable yet. The Grizzlies lead the Blazers 56-49 midway through the third quarter.
