Silvio De Sousa is a rising high school sophomore. The 6-foot-8, 220-pounder attends Montverde Academy in Florida, the hoops powerhouse that produced likely 2016 No. 1 pick Ben Simmons. Could De Sousa eventually follow in the LSU product’s footsteps by becoming a potential franchise cornerstone?
It’s too early to say for sure, but the Angola native is well on his way to prep superstardom at the very least. And if the skills ever catch up to the unreal physical tools he shows here? De Sousa will be known for much more than just awesome high school highlight clips.
