Tracy McGrady’s Top 10 Plays With The Magic Will Make You Wish It Was 2003

Tracy McGrady ruled.

There are plenty of ways that I can go on and discuss how spectacular of a basketball player T-Mac was, but it’s so much easier to say that he ruled, because few players were as awesome as McGrady was during his prime. McGrady’s size and length – 6-foot-8 with a 7-foot-2 wingspan – made him a matchup nightmare, and he used both of those things to score in a variety of ways. For his career, McGrady averaged 19.6 points per game, but in his peak, he was arguably the most feared scorer in the league.

If you didn’t get a chance to watch McGrady, this video released by the NBA gives a good look into some of the dope stuff he was able to do during his time with the Orlando Magic, where he won two scoring titles and averaged 28.2 points a night over a four-year stretch. He was a spectacular athlete with one of the most well-rounded offensive games of all time, as he could take someone off the dribble and convert a physics-defying up-and-under just as easily as he could hit a jumper in someone’s face or dunk all over them.

Watching a prime McGrady, no matter where he played, was nothing short of a treat for all basketball fans. And this video definitely, definitely is, too.
