Here’s Dwyane Wade Spectacularly Banking A Shot From Beyond Half Court

Sure, Dwyane Wade has lost a step or two over the last few years, but he is still capable of doing insane stuff every now and then. The latest example came during Thursday night’s game between the Miami Heat and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Just before the half, Timberwolves guard Ricky Rubio tried to slice through the center of Miami’s defense. Wade was able to get a hand in and strip the ball away from Rubio.

What happened next was Dwyane Wade magic. He gathered the ball, did a 360 while he was gaining his composure, and right as he finished spinning, he threw up a shot from beyond half court. It looked perfectly natural, and Wade ended up banking it in to give the Heat a 49-39 lead heading into the half.

Miami ended up winning the game, 96-84. Wade had his best game of the regular season, going for 25 points on 11-for-19 shooting with five rebounds and three steals. He only went 1-for-2 from three on the evening, but the one that he hit was spectacular.
