Jahlil Okafor Makes The Defense Look Silly In The Post With A Jordan-Esque Ball Fake

In the first quarter of the Philadelphia-Indiana game on Wednesday night, Sixers rookie Jahlil Okafor took Jordan Hill into the post and hit him with a killer ball-fake – and juked out the help defender in the process – before sinking a nice little hook shot over this left shoulder. Okafor finished with 14 points and six rebounds on efficient 6-of-11 shooting for the night, but was a game-worst minus-30 for the night en route to a 112-85 blowout loss to the Pacers.

Paul George once again put up an MVP-like performance for Indiana with 34 points on better than 50 percent shooting to go along with eight rebounds, five assists, and four steals in just 31 minutes of action. He was one of four players in double figures for the Pacers, who improved to 6-5 on the season.

The Sixers, meanwhile, had 31 turnovers in the game – which Indiana converted into 33 fast-break points – as they became the first team to ever start back-to-back seasons with 12 straight losses. Stretching back to last season, it was their 22nd consecutive loss. And things aren’t going to get any easier as they’ll embark on a six-game road trip starting Friday night in Charlotte.
