Midway through the first quarter of the Pistons-Cavs game Friday night, J.R. Smith tried to go up for a little jump hook in the lane before Andre Drummond rotated over from the help side for the volleyball spike rejection. It’s one of the many reasons the Pistons big man was named a first-time All-Star this week.
