The Raptors Trade Greivis Vasquez To The Bucks For A Future First-Round Pick

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, the Toronto Raptors have traded point guard Greivis Vasquez to the Milwaukee Bucks for the 46th pick in tonight’s NBA Draft and a future 2017 first-round pick.

The Bucks acquired Michael Carter-Williams from the Sixers at the trade deadline in February, who is the presumed starting point guard heading into next season, and Vasquez gives them a reliable upgrade at the backup spot. Toronto will be on the clock soon with the 20th pick in tonight’s Draft in addition to the second-round pick they acquired.

Here’s more from USA Today Sports‘ Jeff Zillgitt on the future second round pick the Raptors acquired in the deal.
