Way before he was the #PointGod, Chris Paul was tearing through the ACC at Wake Forest University. While Paul had countless highlights during his time with the Demon Deacons, he also had a few lowlights, such as when he punched Julius Hodge of North Carolina State in the junk.
It was not one of Paul’s finer moments – he was suspended for his actions – though it was apparently a bit of foreshadowing for his NBA career.
But that was years ago. Both sides have moved on, right? There’s no way that Hodge would revel in the news of Paul missing a game for – irony of ironies – a groin injury…would he?
