Dirk Nowitzki does many things well. He’s going to be a Hall of Famer and one of the great players in Dallas Mavericks history (he is already). This is all well-documented. Apparently, though, Dirk is incapable of completing a simple dunk if it’s 1) not being defended and/or 2) wouldn’t count anyway.
During Tuesday night’s game against the Sacramento Kings, Dirk followed up a goaltending call with a jam that…well… what happened here? This thing was bad from the start. Dirk doesn’t need to jump high, but for real, he couldn’t even get that ball above the rim. Poor Dirk, man, because you know everyone saw that and is laughing at him. He can slump off the court with the ball if he wants trying to pretend like it didn’t happen. But it happened.
