Draymond Green’s Kicking Ability Gets The ‘Street Fighter’ And ‘Mortal Kombat’ Treatment

Draymond Green’s powerful kick between the legs of Steven Adams may or may not have been intentional, but it happened, and now it’s out there for the entire internet to mock. We’ve seen the reactions to the swift and brutal blow below the belt, but Bleacher Report has taken the impressive strike and converted it into a medium where it belongs: video games.

There’s no better way to accept Draymond Green’s somewhat-new kicking persona than by making him Guile and letting him run roughshod over poor Steven Adams in Street Fighter, then Scorpion in Mortal Kombat II. It’s an impressive series of flawless victories after a flawless season by the Golden State Warriors, but Green’s kick may lead to a suspension, which is the gaming equivalent of Shang Tsung taking his soul (I think).

The next thing we know, Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather are going to be contacting Draymond Green’s people to book a triple threat match in Vegas. There’s money to be made from his kicking ability, for sure. While we wait to see if Green’s kick fighting has a future, it’s probably best to watch this mashup at least a few more times.

Thanks for this, Bleacher Report.
