Iggy Azalea Saved Nick Young From Getting ‘Born Reble’ Tattooed Across His Back

Lakers guard Nick Young is known for three things: getting tattoos, getting buckets, and his relationship with Iggy Azalea. Today, two of those things intersected, and considering the Lakers missed the playoffs by 24 games, you have probably already figured out this has nothing to do with basketball.

You see, Swaggy went to go get himself a tattoo today. He wanted to articulate he was a rebel from the time he was born, so he went to get “Born Reble” tattooed across his back. The problem, of course, is that “rebel” is not spelled “reble,” and thanks to his fiancee, he learned about the error before it was too late and actually got the misspelled word inked across his back.

Iggy also made fun of Swaggy after everything got cleared up, which makes sense, because you should always make fun of someone for inaccurate spellings in tattoos.

Once news of Iggy’s tweets got back to Young, he promptly apologized.

And oh, before I forget, he made her a little angry by calling Iggy his Becky, something he claims only happened because his Twitter got hacked.

There are several life lessons that we can take away from this ordeal. In no particular order: never refer to your significant other as “Becky” unless their name is Becky, tattoos are permanent so make sure everything is spelled correctly, and make sure that the person who you love really cares about you, because they’re the ones who will tell you when you’re about to do something really dumb.
