Isaiah Thomas’ Sons Stole The Show At His Post-Game Press Conference

Isaiah Thomas had another monster game for the Boston Celtics on Sunday evening, scoring 28 points, including the game-sealing three-pointer in overtime. Boston’s 104-95 win evened the series against Atlanta at two games a piece.

Thomas, of course, was worthy of the podium after the game to discuss the win, but he also decided to bring his two young sons with him. Much like Riley Curry a year ago, James and Jaiden Thomas promptly took that opportunity to introduce themselves to the NBA world, while stealing much of their dad’s thunder.

The two youngsters were clearly loving the fact that they got to speak into the microphone, and they weren’t intimidated at all by the swarm of reporters watching them. Jaiden couldn’t muster up much to say except a hearty laugh, but James had the line of the night when he said about his dad: “Isaiah is the greatest basketball player.”

Maybe James is overhyping his father just a little bit, but we’ll give him a pass. After all, without Thomas, the Celtics probably wouldn’t be in the position they are now.
