The Atlanta Hawks scratched their way back from over 30 points down against the Minnesota Timberwolves to bring the game within one point. Any game that features such a furious comeback is bound to get a little chippy, but Jeff Teague crossed the line with this slap on Nemanja Bjelica.
Teague wasn’t called for a foul during the game, but the league will almost certainly review the incident. Don’t be surprised if Teague gets suspended, or at least hit with a hefty fine. Despite the Hawks’ best efforts, they still lost the game 117-107. Teague, this hit notwithstanding, was great, scoring 24 points and dishing nine assists.
