The San Antonio Spurs are one of the best teams in the league when it comes to keeping players healthy. They rest players on a set schedule, take preventative measures, and are just overall health warlocks. Sometimes, though, not even the best prevention and maintenance can overcome a bad Philly Cheesteak, as Kawhi Leonard learned.

And just in case you think Pop is pulling another “DNP-Old” like he did with Duncan, Leonard actually was listed on the injury report with gastroenteritis.
UPDATED INJURY REPORT – Tim Duncan (rest) and Kawhi Leonard (gastroenteritis) are both out for tonight's Spurs-76ers game.

Next time, Kawhi, just say no to the cheesesteak.
