LeBron James And Kyrie Irving Made This Off-The-Backboard Alley-Oop Look Routine

With all of the hoopla surrounding the Golden State Warriors and their new superstar addition Kevin Durant, somehow the world champion Cleveland Cavaliers have been under the radar this preseason. That’s probably just fine with the Cavs, as it seems like they’re still basking in the glow of their historic comeback victory in the Finals. Still, if this clip is any indication, LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, and the rest of the crew are more than ready to get the season started.

In the midst of Joel Embiid doing Joel Embiid things, the Cavs got the crowd leaping out of their seats with a smooth off-the-board alley-oop from Kyrie to LeBron during a preseason matchup against Philadelphia. After James corralled a steal, he tossed an outlet to Kyrie in the front court. Kyrie tossed a pass high off the glass and watched as ‘Bron did the rest while Philly rookie Dario Saric scooted out the way because it’s October, not May.

Kyrie seems to be having a ton of fun out there, even taking some time to toy with Saric before knocking down a jumper, much to the Quicken Loans Arena crowd’s delight.

So yeah, the Cavs might not be the big story so far this season, but they appear ready to begin their first title defense ever.
