LeBron James Hilariously Was The Only Person Jamming Out To A Kendrick Lamar Performance

LeBron James is no stranger to being the center of attention, but on Monday night, he was only the central focus of a Sports Illustrated event for a portion of the night. James was honored as the Sportsperson of the year by the magazine, and, during his speech, the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar thanked those that came before him for sacrificing so that he and others could enjoy the fruits of their labor. In short, it was a poignant moment put forth by arguably the most important and influential athlete on the planet today, and it will be a moment that many will certainly remember.

During another segment of the evening, though, rapper Kendrick Lamar took to the stage to entertain the attendees, and, as usual, he put on quite a show. However, not everyone appeared to be outwardly vibing along with Lamar’s work, and it was actually LeBron James that seemed to be jamming the hardest to the music, which should not come as a huge surprise given James’ well-documented love for Lamar’s music.

As you can see above, James spent quite a bit of time dancing and rapping along with Lamar while the rest of the room lay dormant and it was, frankly, an odd scene. Still, it shows yet again that LeBron is comfortable in his own skin, and there is nothing wrong with enjoying quality music in a public space.
