LeBron James Is Turning Back The Clock Against The Sixers And We Are All Witnesses

Perhaps LeBron James was wondering where all of the defenders were when the Philadelphia 76ers evaporated and he was left alone for an easy slam on Sunday afternoon.

Look at this camera angle. Once Sergio Rodriguez runs into the pick that was set to block a completely different Sixer there was nothing keeping LeBron from an uncontested dunk. Jahlil Okafor was at the rim, but he wasn’t able to do much by the time LeBron took off.

Later in the quarter, James followed a missed Tristan Thompson free throw with another easy jam.

LeBron saw Thompson’s shot wasn’t falling and raced into the lane from well beyond the three-point arc. Philadelphia guard Nik Stauskus could only put a shoulder into James, but the Cavaliers’ star blew past him and was able to pick up an easy two points.

When James is playing like this, we truly do get to witness something special. It’s nice that the Sixers defense is stopping to appreciate the view.
