You Might Be Able To Buy Michael Jordan’s ‘Space Jam’ Uniform For Just $15,000

For a certain section of ’90s kids, Space Jam holds a sentimental value that you can’t really express to someone who had reached adulthood by the time it hit theaters. It’s absolutely insane and ridiculous, but it’s also the perfect sports movie for that decade. It only has a 35% score on Rotten Tomatoes, but if you ask anyone born from 1985-1993, I bet that score jumps to nearly 100.

Rumors have been abound recently about a potential sequel starring LeBron James, but they really should just die down. The original will never, ever be topped.

With all due respect to to the quintet of NBA players who had their considerable talents stolen by the MonStars – not to mention Bill Murray, Larry Bird, and even Bugs Bunny – the obvious star of the movie was Michael Jordan. And now, if you have $10,000 sitting around, you can actually purchase the Tune Squad jersey MJ wore during the film in an auction on Invaluable.com beginning this October.

No word on any other jerseys from the film being available quite yet. Maybe if you don’t have the ten grand to drop on a Jordan uniform,  a Stan Podolak jersey would be more reasonably priced.
