Anthony Davis finished Saturday night’s tip against the Bucks with 29 points, 11 boards, two steals and two dimes in nearly 34 minutes of action. Miles Plumlee finished with six points, four rebounds and two blocks coming off the bench for a little but more than 20 minutes of action.
Except, Plumlee’s Bucks got a 103-92 win over Davis’ Pelicans, and those two blocks Plumlee got came on the same possession, where he absolutely own the Pelicans All-Star, then owned him again.
As good ol’ Soren used to say, “Life has its own hidden forces which you can only discover by living.” This possession was living, so both Brow and Plumlee learned something.
