It has been quite a summer for Paul George. Not only is he avenging his horrific 2014 injury and leading Team USA in the upcoming Rio Olympic games, he also landed the cover of NBA 2K17 and is in serious talks with the Indiana Pacers about a possible contract extension.

Now, the latest bit of good news regarding George is that he finally may be coming out with his very own sneaker courtesy of Nike. George has been a star player in the NBA for almost five years now, so it’s a bit surprising he hasn’t had his own shoe yet. However, that may be changing very soon.

Sneaker Files got their hands on the image of George’s first sneaker, and it appears as though the color scheme is Obsidian, White, and “University Gold” with some red mixed in as well. Sneaker Files notes that the sneaker will be called the PG1 and that George’s signature models will be known under the name “The Bait 1.”

The sneaker doesn’t have an official release date yet, but it is looking like late August/early September is when one can reasonably expect the PG 1 (which is priced at $110) to be released to the public.
