Ron Artest Goes BALL’N In L.A.

This past weekend in Los Angeles, Lakers forward Ron Artest, along with a line of fans wrapped around the block, made it out to sneaker haven Sportie LA to promote footwear from his new kicks establishment, BALL’N. Along with Artest, BALL’N founder Rodney Jeter was also in attendance to greet and talk shop with everyone that made it out to the West Hollywood store. So far, Artest remains the company’s lone NBA endorser and main marketing focus, which is awesome. This may be Ron Ron’s eighth shoe brand since he’s been catching burn in the L, but both Jeter and Artest claim it’s his last. Luckily, we caught up with both shareholders of the shoe brand (Artest took stake in BALL’N when he signed on) at the free fan-signing event.

What do you think about Ron’s new line?
