Early in the first quarter of the Thunder-Celtics game on Sunday at Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, triple-double generator Russell Westbrook used a deadly hesitation dribble to drop Isaiah Thomas to the floor before rising up for the monster one-handed jam. Westbrook put up 12 points in the opening period on 4-of-8 shooting from the field, including 2-of-5 from downtown.
