Russell Westbrook Showed Up To The Spurs Game Wearing Something Kanye West Probably Designed

First, we have no idea what a Kanye West line of clothes looks like, but a young — and therefore, hip — person said that as his first impression, and we’re too lazy to come up with something better, so his Rorschach reaction gets the headline. (There, now you know how the sausage is made. Happy Saturday.)

Anyway, Russ and KD are hoping to bounce back from Friday night’s tough loss to Minnesota, where Ricky Rubio won it at the buzzer. That’s just crappy karma. Ricky can barely hit the ocean falling out of a boat, so the Thunder should have the Basketball Gods smiling down on them Saturday night. They’ll need them.

The Spurs are undefeated at home this season, and while the Warriors are on a 45-game home winning streak, the Spurs aren’t far behind at 40 straight. The AT&T Center is a tough place to play for visitors and thats before you take in account the BBQ and puffy tacos.

The Thunder aren’t playing so great these days, either — losing seven of their last 11 and creating a swirl of “what’s going on with the Thunder” columns a month before the playoffs. They’re warranted, unfortunately, but a win in San Antonio on national TV would at least keep the think pieces at bay for a couple weeks. That’s as good a reason as any to root for the Thunder, even if Kawhi is our guy.
