Virginia Commonwealth University, the Cinderella you love to cheer for every year, lost to St. Joseph’s in the Atlantic 10 Championship, sending St. Joe’s into the NCAA tournament. But one VCU cheerleader had zero patience for the deluge of red and black balloons that fell to celebrate the Hawks’ win, choosing to stomp them instead.
It’s good to live in a world where good sportsmanship is encouraged, but man, we’ve all been here. Sometimes you’re just bitter as hell and I bet it felt real good to smash some dang balloons. Stomp on, girl, and we’ll hopefully see you and VCU again at the dance.
