"Hey, guys, look at me! Aren't I super weird??" -David Lynch

After the jump, you can watch David Lynch’s video for the title track off his album Crazy Clown Time, though I don’t know why you’d want to. It’s seven minutes of people literally acting out Lynch’s oh-so-weird lyrics like “And then we poured a beer on Sally.”  There are some boobs too, but all censored with little black bars, as far as I can tell (by which I mean in the two minutes or so I got through). And with this, David Lynch officially crosses that line between actually weird and trying so hard to be weird that I suspect he might actually be super normal. As I watched this, I couldn’t help but imagine him somewhere with his golfing buddies, laughing his ass off at a Jay Leno monolog with his polo shirt buttoned all the way up. “Oh, Dave? Yeah, he loves polo shirts. Polo shirts and Budweiser, that’s our Dave.”
