Awesome Supercut: People Kickstarting Hearts Set To ‘Kickstart My Heart’

In case you missed the latest edition of the Writer’s Room (which I wanted to be called the FilmDrunk Tank, but I digest), we discussed specific “done-to-death” scenes that we wanted to see deleted from movies for the rest of eternity. I don’t believe anyone mentioned the old “Oh no, his heart stopped, someone blast him with a defibrillator and/or inject him with epinephrine so the machine will start beeping again or he’ll pop up like he just had an amazing orgasm!”, but yeah, that’s a pretty lame, recycled scene.

How lame and recycled is it? YouTube user Shawn Kohne made an awesome supercut of famous heart-starting scenes in movie and TV history and set it to Motley Crue’s “Kickstart My Heart.” I’m not positive, but I believe this is the greatest supercut ever made, based solely on music selection. That is, unless someone makes an “I can’t live without you!” supercut set to Nelson’s “Love and Affection.” That would win by default.
