Aside from the fact that it doesn’t reveal much about the film, other than the inclusion of such wonderful stars as Tina Fey, Tom Hiddleston, Ty Burrell, Ricky Gervais and, once again, Zach Galifianakis, the new trailer for Muppets Most Wanted is pretty great. The main reason that it’s so delightful is that it makes fun of those stupid movie commercials that use “real” Tweets from “real” people to pretend like a movie has a lot of buzz. But sure, keep on using those for your ads, terrible movies.
The other reason that it’s great is because LOOK AT ALL OF THE STARS THAT WE LOVE!!! It’s Tina Fey and Tom Hiddleston and Ty Burrell and Ricky Gervais and Zach Galifianakis! And there’s Kermit and Miss Piggy and Gonzo and Fozzy and Statler and Waldorf! These movies always make me feel like such a kid again. A big, dumb, drunk kid.
