Famed Swedish filmmaker Ingmar Bergman, director of a great many movies I pretend I've seen at intellectual cocktail parties, died of natural causes at 89 today.  Tragically, Bergman was reportedly an atheist, so he's no doubt burning in hell right now.

Meawhile, San Francisco must have something in the water as both late night talk show host Tom Snyder and football coach Bill Walsh died of leukemia at 71 and 75, respectively.  I'm not taking any chances, and that's why I only drink turtle blood and my own urine.  Snyder was probably best known for his impressive combover, which started near his right nipple.

This just in, cancer is an asshole.
