Earlier in the week, hidden camera tests confirmed that mothers hate upcoming game title Dead Space 2. And while we here at Gammasquad firmly support any individuals right to form an opinion, we can’t help but wonder if maybe some of the game’s context was lost amidst all the blood splatter and Necromorph vomit. Well, thank goodness Visceral Games just released this Dead Space 2 Multiplayer Tailer, you know, to help clear the air on what kind of content players will really experience during gameplay.
The new multiplayer trailer specifically explores Dead Space 2’s online battle feature which allows you and your pals to actually play as one of the Necromorph species. The trailer, Through The Eyes of The Necromorph, highlights the abilities and perks that come naturally with taking on the role of a deep space haunt. Using their unique ability to stalk prey anywhere on the map, the new footage also offers a sneak peak at the execution abilities of the game’s Lurkers, Pukers, Spitters and members of the Pack.

If you’re as lucky as I am, hopefully you’ll get to watch a quick 10-second advertisement for menopause medication, right before the video begins to run. I’m really crossing my fingers here for you, because the menopause commercial is, at least, twice as scary as the Dead Space 2 footage.
