Some poster makers like to strip their work down until it consists of a few lines of alternating colors. R0n Guyatt takes the poster in another direction, using a whole bag of tricks such as textures, inverse images, silhouettes and heavily stylized fonts to excellently evoke the movies and games he’s illustrating. The effect is busy and fun with posters like “Fallout 3”, “Bioshock” and “The Fifth Element” containing tons of winks and references to the work tucked into the details of the image.
