For those of you who aren’t familiar with the Scumbag phenomena, it all started with Scumbag Steve, an advice animal comic that featured a young man with a slight beard dressed like he is trying to be tough. The meme went super viral due to the fact that apparently everyone in America went to high school with a guy just like Scumbag Steve. You know, someone that is way too old to be hanging around with high schoolers and makes money by selling crappy weed and buying underage kids beer. In real life, Scumbag Steve was discovered to be 21-year-old Blake Boston who seems to be a decent guy, going to school at night and working full time to help support his pregnant girlfriend, causing the Internet to never make cruel judgement calls based on physical appearance ever again.
Then Scumbag Steve went meta, his hat was photoshopped off of his head an placed on the head of anyone that the comic creator wanted to be known as a scumbag. Politicians got the worst of it, but there are some angry nerds out there wanting to rage on their fantasy favorites.
