Batman: Arkham Origins is only a month away, and yet we still only have the identities of five of the eight assassins Batman will be wrangling with in the game (Bane, Deadshot, Deathstroke, Firefly and Copperhead). Well, actually, we now know six of the eight assassins thanks to recently leaked list of PS3 Achievements.

According to the “Flawless Display” Achievement, Lady Shiva will be one of the assassins in the game. A good choice considering Lady Shiva is, you know, actually an assassin unlike guys like Firefly and Bane. For those not acquainted with the character, Lady Shiva is one of the DC Universe’s most skilled martial artists and has served as trainer, antagonist (or in one case mother) of numerous Gotham City heroes.
Oh, and no big surprise exactly, but the Achievements list also confirms the Riddler will also be in the game. It wouldn’t be an Arkham game without a thousand Riddler trophies to collect.
The Arkham Origins rogues gallery is turning into quite the motley crew. Between this game and Beware the Batman, do you get the sense Warner Bros. is throwing minor Bat-villains at the wall to see which ones stick with a wider audience? Possibly so they don’t have to dredge up the Joker again for the next round of Bat-movies?
