Let’s Talk About Tonight’s Geeky TV: ‘Arrow’ Is ‘Guilty’

When we last left Arrow, the show revealed the answer to the central mystery of this season: Who killed Sara Lance? Of course, it’s a bit more complicated than that, and we’ll be liveblogging accordingly. What else is on for us geeks, however?

All times are Eastern.

8pm

Arrow, The CW: Roy may be the Tyler Durden of the Arrowverse, although we suspect this episode will walk that back, if only a little.

Man of Steel, MAXe: In case you were wondering why a bunch of nerds are complaining about Superman not saving cats from trees on Twitter again.

9pm

The 100, The CW: This show is building something of a cult following among the nerds I know, and I admit, sampling a recent episode or two, it’s surprisingly strong for such a silly concept.

Landing On A Comet: Rosetta, Science Channel: A deserved victory lap being run for a human achievement a decade in the making. Even if they allowed this guy on the livestream. Jeez, at least make him change his shirt!

10pm

How We Got To Now With Steven Johnson, PBS: A fun and underhyped little miniseries from the British about some of the scientific innovations that make modern life possible, and how they tended to completely screw up somebody’s life in a way nobody anticipated.

Remember, we’ll be here at 8pm Eastern liveblogging Arrow. Join us, won’t you?
