The AV Club has a new web show called Pick A Choice, in which various celebrities and comedians choose a random activity, then have to decide which person or character they’d like to do that activity with out of two possible choices. The Daily Show‘s Wyatt Cenac had to decide whether he wanted Shia LaBeouf or Luigi to spend a $100 Amazon gift card on him, which caused him to launch into a game changing theory about the whole Mario-Peach-Bowser relationship.
Of course, a lot of us have speculated there’s something kind of kinky going on with the threesome, but most of us still start with the assumption that Peach really is the ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom, and that Bowser is the aggressor/kidnapper in the relationship. Well, Cenac turns all those assumptions on their heads – get ready to have your minds blown, Nintendo fans.
