The Honest Trailer For ‘Pokémon Ruby And Sapphire’ Gives Them All Accurate New Names

The newest Honest Trailer from Screen Junkies and Smosh Games takes on Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, the Pokémon sequel equivalent of Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift. It’s the first and only Pokémon game where you literally can’t catch ’em all, and they make a convincing argument that it’s also the first sign of franchise fatigue. Seriously, none of the original characters? Get it together, Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.

As with the honest trailers for Pokémon Red and Blue and Pokémon Gold and Silver, it’s all just a ruse to justify doing a roster of the game’s Pokémon given new, more honest names. This is legend… dary.
