After years, years, of getting jerked around, Quentin Lance has had all he can stand and he’s not going to stand anymore. Which means Ollie will be in the awkward position of punching out his ex’s father, something we plan to liveblog every minute of tonight.
For a little context, Ra’s Al Ghul wants Ollie to take over the League of Assassins. Ollie has refused, despite the fact that he’s, uh, actually pretty good at killing people. So Ra’s has decided to turn Starling City against Ollie by framing him for the murder of the mayor, since his plan of bumping off drug dealers didn’t quite work out. Also, when we cut away, they were threatening to shoot Felicity, which no one does in Starling City.
It helps that Quentin has recently pieced together that the vigilante he’s after knew his daughter was dead and didn’t tell him, for reasons that were left kind of vague at the time. This will also be the last episode before a two week break, so expect a cliffhanger. We’ll be liveblogging it all starting at 8pm EST. Join us, won’t you?
