The Flash is back this week, and it returns with Felicity and Ray Palmer in tow. Meanwhile, Melinda May finally gets her own origin episode, and we’ll be liveblogging every moment tonight at 8pm EST.
It starts with The Flash. This episode, entitled All Star Team Up, boils down to Barry testing out his “Wells is kind of a bastard” theory. And Felicity is starring in it because the CW wisely realizes she’s their best character. Why isn’t she getting a spin-off? Anyway, we’ll be curious to see how they pitch Barry’s acceptance of Wells… and whether the Reverse Flash’s former face, which was revealed in the previous episode, will gum up the works.
Meanwhile, at 9pm EST on Agents of SHIELD:
Basically, Ming-Na Wen gets to spend an hour beating up anybody who even mildly annoys her, while Skye masters her hadoken powers. We’ll remind you that Wen’s fifty, and doing these fight scenes. Think of that, the next time you complain about it being too cold out to jog.
