“Jurassic” isn’t just a word Michael Crichton dreamed up because “Big Bitey Dinosaur Park” was too on the nose. It refers to a specific geologic period that took place between 200 million and 145 million years ago. Jurassic was clearly a pretty rad time, but what if Jurassic Park had been based on different geologic periods?
