Here’s Everything You Need To Know About Siege Day, The Biggest ‘Rainbow Six Siege’ Event Ever

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege is breaching onto consoles Dec. 1, but Ubisoft will be getting the party started early on Nov. 23 with an event they’re calling Siege Day. Rainbow Six Siege has been touring gaming events all over the country, giving more than 500,000 players a taste of the action, and the six-highest scoring teams from those events will throw down as part of Siege Day, the biggest, baddest Rainbow Six Siege competition yet! The winning team will score bragging rights, and Ubisoft will donate $10,000 to charity on their behalf. You can win as well; all throughout the day viewers can win prize packs just for watching some top-notch competitive gameplay.

Rainbow Six Siege, if you’re unfamiliar, puts two teams of five up against each other. One side has to defend, while the other must breach. It combines tense action with careful strategy; each player takes on a different class on the team and they have to think ahead and work together to win. Rainbow Six Siege promises to test your gaming skills, and provide some of the most exciting multiplayer action on the Xbox One and PS4.

That said, Siege Day is about watching the best of the best go head-to-head, showing off not just their trigger fingers but their tactical skills and ability to improvise. Over seven hours, starting at 2 p.m. PST while the Main Event starts at 6 p.m. PST, you’ll see how top players go against each other, and pick up some strategy for when you step into the boots Dec. 1. So on Monday, get ready to see what experts can do in Rainbow Six Siege!
