The final DLC pack for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare arrives today, which means gamers are also getting the finale to the game’s story-driven co-op mode, Exo Zombies. When we last left off, John Malkovich’s character had been zombified and replaced on the undead-pulping team by Bruce Campbell (not a bad substitution).
Now your team, which is played by Bill Paxton, Rose McGowan, Jon Bernthal and the aforementioned Campbell, have to infiltrate an underwater base to destroy the source of the zombie infection. Oh, and they’ll have to take out mutated, undead John Malkovich along the way. Hey, no biggie.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – if they just released these Call of Duty zombie modes as standalone DLC, I’d totally buy them. I’m not much into the regular Call of Duty global conspiracy stuff, but blasting zombies as a virtual Bruce Campbell? I’m all down for that, baby.
