Conan O’Brien And J. Cole Review ‘Splinter Cell: Blacklist’ For Clueless Gamer

Conan O’Brien returns for another Clueless Gamer segment on Conan. This time they’ve replaced dorky, pale, middle-aged Aaron Bleyaert with Grammy-nominated recording artist J.Cole. Let’s see if anyone notices.

They’re reviewing Splinter Cell: Blacklist (trailer here), with fan-of-the-franchise J. Cole trying to guide a disinterested Conan O’Brien through the game. Conan utilizes the usual cranky demeanor he adopts for these Clueless Gamer segments to level some solid criticisms of the genre:

  • “Every single one of these games starts with a 40-minute film.”
  • “Did you ever notice that these guys — it’s such good animation, but they’re slightly cross-eyed?”
  • “I don’t have a gun? Sam Fisher went to go get terrorists, and he didn’t bring a gun, but he brought his little light-up sweater?”

Stay tuned to the very end for a bonus scene of Conan beatboxing.
