Here’s An Eye-Opening Look At Disney’s ‘Star Wars Land’ Attractions, Courtesy Of Harrison Ford

Last year, it was revealed that Disney would bring massive Star Wars experiences to Disneyland and Disney World, which wasn’t exactly shocking, but exciting nonetheless. When the Star Wars expansions were first announced, all we got were several pieces of concept art, but last night on an ABC television special devoted to Disneyland’s 60th anniversary, Han Solo himself popped up to show us much more.

Star Wars Land is still mostly in the planning phases, but we did get to see a good amount of teaser footage and a lot more concept art. The four main experiences coming to Disney’s parks include a ride that puts you in the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon, another one that drops you in the middle of a Resistance vs. First Order battle, and an actual physical world you can wander around in, which includes an alien marketplace and cantina. Really, it looks like pretty exactly what you’d expect/want from a Disney Star Wars experience, and that’s not a bad thing. You can check out the Harrison Ford introduction and teaser above (right now only off-screen videos exist online, but we’ll update if a better version pops up).

Disney hasn’t announced an opening date for their Star Wars attractions, but it looks like getting to visit a galaxy far, far away will be worth a possible long, long wait.
