What If Famous Movie Scenes Were Redubbed With The Voices Of ‘Dragon Ball’ Characters?

Recently we’ve witnessed the power of athletes like Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Ronda Rousey all going ultra in Super Saiyan mode. Now, thanks to Nerdist, Dragon Ball Z is taking over all of Hollywood…sort of.

A new video sees a handful of famous movie scenes redubbed with the voices of Dragon Ball characters. Sean Schemmel (Goku, King Kai), Chris Ayres (Frieza), and Christopher Sabat (Vegeta, Piccolo) insert themselves into films such as Step Brothers, Zoolander, and Friday. Heck, you’ll even hear King Kai give Bill Pullman’s rallying Independence Day speech. Nobody is going Super Saiyan, but there’s plenty of talk of Goku and Vegeta being best friends, banging John Stamos, and doing karate in the garage. Bet you never thought you’d see that, did ya?
