The Teen Titans are in the 31st century thanks to the Crime Syndicate, currently rampaging through the DCU in Forever Evil. Bart Allen, it turns out, is actually Bar Torr, and Bar Torr was… not a great human being. He was dumped in the 21st century as part of a witness protection program, and not for nothing, either.
