First Look: Spider-Man, Captain America, and More

Several “first look” photos were released yesterday (space it out a little, guys. Jeez), so I’m gathering them together in one post.  I can’t get excited enough over one photo to write a whole post about it, then do the same three more times in a row.  Well, unless they’re photos of Sinbad in a beekeeper suit.  OMG, do you have any photos like that?  Pleeeease can I have them?

Anyway, the first look at Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man is at the right (spotted at HeroComplex).  There’s a couple interesting things to note about this picture (besides Garfield’s sexy childbearing hips).  JoBlo pointed out on Twitter that if you look closely at Garfield’s wrists (picture here), there appear to be artificial web shooters in the suit, which is in keeping with the first comics, where the web shooters were an invention of Parker’s rather than a power.  BleedingCool also speculates this might be the scene from the comics when Peter learns with great power comes great responsibility.
