It’s become self-aware.  The end is upon us.

Check out this setup where a laptop player controls “Pac-Man” while being chased by robo-vacuum ghosts. And get this: it’s actually a demo of their [Jack Elston, Cory Dixon, and Maciej Stachura] unmanned aerial software that guides airborne vehicles.

There are photos and more info on the build here, and a video of them in action below.  All these roombas need now is to have their battle set to the music of John Murphy.  I just showed this video to my roomba, and he said those roombas don’t look right without a cat riding on them.  Then he told me he was hungry, so I fed him a cheeto.
