John Constantine is not somebody to mess with, especially when he walks in your door and picks a fight with you. That’s something Spellbinder is about to learn the hard way in this exclusive preview of Constantine #13.

There was some fan concern when Hellblazer wrapped up and John Constantine returned to the main DC universe, but truthfully, the book’s been surprisingly engaging right from the start. Constantine may swear a little less, but he’s no less the rake or the jerk that he was in Vertigo… and he’s no freer of the consequences of his actions.

In fact, that’s what Ray Fawkes is exploring here; Constantine is trapped in his own mind, and it’s not a pretty place. That said, he is still John Constantine, and any mage, no matter how powerful, is pretty dumb to pick a fight with him inside his own skull. Check out this exclusive preview and see if you agree.
