This recently leaked prototype of an action figure for Man Of Steel could just be a toy aimed at kids, considering that Michael Jackson armor style is pretty popular in toys for some reason.
But the gauntlet and shoulder pad sure seem like something the production design would create. As we’ve noted before, the costumes for the movie are a bit on the unusual, sometimes Spidey-esque side, although the brown version we’ve seen actually resembles something Elrond would wear.
Either that or Superman has been taking fashion tips from Kratos. Either way, it’s fun to speculate. Is this a Kryptonian oven mitt, perhaps?
